ExpandED Schools is an education nonprofit serving students in the broader New York City metro area. I currently work as Program Director of Tutoring Policy and Sustainability on the High-Impact Tutoring team. High-Impact Tutoring is a research backed academic intervention method that gained national recognition following school closures during the covid-19 pandemic. As a part of this team, I work to implement and sustain this intervention method in partership with New York City Public Schools.
Developed a digital content strategy to promote the NYC high-impact tutoring initiative across ExpandED Schools’ social media platforms. This included drafting and publishing written articles to be posted on the ExpandED Schools' LinkedIn page. See below for samples of these posts.
Managed ExpandED Schools’ internal and external websites for the high-impact tutoring initiative using Wordpress, Airtable, and Google Sites. This included establishing an online resource libary with evidence-based resources for school leaders, creating an online directory using Airtable to organize the information of over 30 tutoring companies accross New York City, and updating the landing page for ExpandED Schools' working groups and coalition meetings.
